This free, online training is for gambling venue staff
By understanding what the teen or child is playing, and by having these conversations, you can help them stay safe while enjoying their favourite games.
Two courses are available:
- Understanding gambling harm (Ideal for new venue staff or as a refresher).
- Responding to gambling harm (An advanced course ideal for senior venue staff, customer liaison officers (CLOs), and venue managers).
These courses teach venue staff how to support and protect clients, colleagues, and themselves in the instance of gambling harm.
